Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location and the product ordered, typically ranging from 5-14 business days for standard items. Larger items such as saunas, fire pits, and outdoor culinary equipment may require additional processing and delivery time and may ship via freight carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product -- please contact us at hello@emberandstones.com for international inquiries.

Freight Carrier Policy

All freight and oversized item deliveries are handled exclusively by our supplier's designated shipping provider. We are unable to accommodate requests for alternate carriers, self-arranged pickup, or third-party freight services for these items. P.O. Box delivery is not available for oversized freight items.
